Privacy Policy for Boss Mode: Lead Tracker

Last Updated: April 13, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Boss Mode: Lead Tracker ("we," "our," or "us"). We built Boss Mode: Lead Tracker to be a privacy-first, "Local-First" personal CRM for small business owners and busy professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Boss Mode: Lead Tracker Android application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Our Core "Local-First" Guarantee

Your clients, leads, and business contacts belong to you. We do not upload, sync, or store your contacts, call notes, or deal values on our servers. Your primary CRM database is encrypted and stored locally on your physical device. We cannot read your client notes, and we will never sell your data.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

To ensure complete privacy and compliance, Boss Mode: Lead Tracker operates on manual entry and intelligent workflows.

No Call Logs

We do not request, access, or collect your Android system READ_CALL_LOG permission.

No SMS Data

We do not request or read your text messages (READ_SMS).

No Address Book Syncing

We do not force you to upload your personal phone address book to the cloud.

4. Information We Collect and How We Use It

To provide essential account features, we collect the following minimal data:

Account Information

When you register, we securely collect your email address and password (managed via Firebase Authentication) to create your user profile.

Device Identifiers

We collect basic device identifiers to manage your 7-Day Free Trial and prevent fraudulent trial abuse.

Subscription Data

We process your purchase history and subscription status via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to unlock "Pro" features. We do not process or store your raw credit card information.

Aggregated Metrics (For Email Reports)

If you opt-in to our "Daily Email Reports" feature, our servers temporarily process anonymized, aggregated metrics (e.g., "5 tasks due today," "$45,000 total pipeline value") to generate your morning briefing. We do not transmit the names or phone numbers of your clients to generate these reports.

5. Google Drive Integration

Boss Mode offers an optional Cloud Backup feature. If you choose to enable this, the app will request access to a private, hidden folder on your Google Drive (the appDataFolder). This folder is used solely to store your encrypted data backups. The app cannot see or access any other files, photos, or documents in your Google Drive. We do not collect or store your Google account credentials on our servers.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your minimal account data only with trusted third-party services required to operate the App:

Google Firebase:For secure user authentication and server infrastructure.
RevenueCat & Google Play:For secure subscription management and payment processing.
Resend:For delivering automated daily email reports to your inbox.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You have complete control over your data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated cloud data at any time.

In-App Deletion

Open the App and navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will wipe your cloud profile and local database.

Web Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the App and wish to delete your account, please email us at support@calltagging.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," from the email address associated with your account. We will permanently erase your Firebase auth profile within 7 days.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
