DialDeck

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: November 26, 2025

1. The "No Cloud" Promise

DialDeck is built differently. Unlike traditional CRMs that suck your data into their servers, DialDeck is "Offline-First."

This means:

  • Your contacts stay on your phone.
  • Your call logs stay on your phone.
  • Your notes and deal values stay on your phone.

We literally cannot see your leads. If we got hacked tomorrow, your client list would be safe because we don't have it.

2. What We DO Collect

We only collect the minimum info needed to verify you paid us:

Account Info

Name, Email, and Phone Number (used for your license key).

Payment Info

Processed securely via Razorpay. We never see or store your credit card numbers.

Device Info

Device ID and Model (to enforce the 2-device limit per license).

Usage Stats

Anonymous telemetry (e.g., "Power Play feature used") to help us improve the app. You can opt-out of this.

3. Android Permissions

To work its magic, the app needs these permissions:

📞 Call Log

To identify who just called you (so you can tag them).

👥 Contacts

To save leads to your "Zero-Clutter Phonebook."

📱 Overlay/Display Over Apps

To show the "Quick Tag" popup after a call.

We never upload this data. It is processed locally on your device chip.

4. Data Deletion

Since your data is on your device, deleting it is simple: Uninstall the app.

Once you uninstall, your local database is wiped.

To delete your account/license from our billing system, email support@dialdeck.com.
