1. The Deal

By downloading or using DialDeck ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please delete the app.

We are a tool for professionals; please use it like one.

2. Licenses & Devices

One Person, Two Devices

Your license is for YOU. You can use it on up to 2 devices (e.g., your main phone and a backup).

⚠️ No Sharing

Sharing your license key publicly will result in an immediate ban without refund.

Lifetime Plan

Valid for the lifetime of the product. If we ever sunset the app (we plan to be here for decades), we will give 12 months' notice.

3. WhatsApp Usage

DialDeck provides automation tools to help you send messages faster via "Native WhatsApp Sync." However, you are responsible for your messaging behavior.

⚠️ Important Warning

If you spam people, send unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, WhatsApp may ban your number.

DialDeck is not responsible for any bans. Use our "Anti-Spam" features wisely. Don't be a pest.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Short version: 30 days, no questions asked.

5. Liability

We built this to help you close deals, but we aren't responsible if you don't.

DialDeck is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

  • Lost data (back up your phone!)
  • Lost profits
  • Lost deals

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
